During a life transition
Make space for a career change, loss, new beginning, caregiving role, or shift in a relationship that has left you feeling unsteady.

Meridian, Boise, and remote sessions
A private, compassionate space to sort through what life is asking of you and find your own clear next step.
A place to speak freely

There are seasons when a trusted conversation can make room to breathe. You may be facing a change you did not choose, working through a relationship, grieving, feeling spiritually disconnected, or simply trying to make sense of what comes next.
Spiritual counseling with Christine is a calm, confidential place to bring the whole of your experience. She meets you with patience, warmth, and respect for your beliefs, questions, and boundaries. There is no pressure to arrive with the right language or a finished plan.
Sessions are personal and practical. Together, you can slow down, name what matters, consider the choices in front of you, and listen for the wisdom that can be hard to hear in the middle of a busy life.

Counseling and guidance
Christine’s approach combines careful listening with the perspective of an educator, coach, pastor, and spiritual counselor. A session can include honest conversation, reflection, prayer or meditation when it suits you, and gentle questions that help you reconnect with what you know to be true.
This is not about being told what to do. It is about having a steady, nonjudgmental setting in which to explore what feels heavy, unresolved, hopeful, or newly possible. Your session follows your pace and stays centered on what is useful to you.
Support for many seasons
Life rarely separates itself into neat categories. Christine welcomes individual adults and couples looking for a thoughtful place to reflect, communicate, and move forward with greater clarity.

Your first session

A first session is simply a chance to meet Christine and see how the conversation feels. You might arrive with a specific concern, a long list of thoughts, or only a sense that something needs attention. Any of those are enough.
Christine begins by listening. From there, the session can make room for reflection, spiritual practices that feel meaningful to you, and practical ways to carry more clarity into daily life. You remain in control of what you share and the direction the conversation takes.
Some people use a single session as a thoughtful pause before deciding whether ongoing support would be helpful. Others return when life brings a new question or when they want a consistent place to reflect. There is no pressure to choose a path before you are ready.
In-person sessions are available in Meridian for people throughout the Treasure Valley. Remote sessions offer the same personal care for people whose schedule, distance, or privacy makes meeting from home more comfortable.
